Customer Support Specialist

Primarily email-based customer support, handling customer requests, coordinating projects, managing orders, providing updates, and working with customers, partners, and internal teams. Candidates with experience in satellite imagery, GIS, mapping, remote sensing, geospatial data, Earth observation, or related technologies are highly encouraged to apply. Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects preferred. Customer support, project coordination, or account management experience is a plus.
