Cyber Security Endpoint Analyst

Tasks

• Diagnose and resolve endpoint connectivity, authentication and security control issues.
• Analyze escalated service desk tickets, use logs and security tools to find root causes and resolve incidents within SLAs.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years
• Endpoint support, desktop engineering or IT security operations, 5 years
• Networking: DHCP, DNS, network access control, IP routing, packet capture
• Active Directory, Windows authentication and permissions
• HTTP inspection troubleshooting (Zscaler), TLS and PKI, certificate errors
• HAR file analysis
• CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager and Authenticode signatures
• GPO and Intune
• Log analysis and query tools
• CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender
• Please apply only if you have strong hands-on experience in endpoint troubleshooting, networking, Active Directory, Zscaler and CyberArk.

• Hybrid, 3 days per week
• Duration: Long term

Pay

• $40 per hour max, all inclusive
