Create compelling data visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to present findings to stakeholders. Develop and maintain robust SQL databases to ensure accurate data storage and retrieval. Utilize programming languages such as Python and R for statistical analysis and data manipulation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for various projects. Continuously monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the development of data management best practices and processes to enhance data integrity and governance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL for database management and data manipulation. Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Experience with programming languages such as Python and R. Familiarity with statistical analysis and database management practices. 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role is preferred. The Data Analyst will report to the Analytics Manager and work closely with other data analysts, business intelligence experts, and various department leads to fulfill business objectives.
