Job description
TravelOGuide Services Ltd is hiring a full-time Data Analyst in New York City, New York. In this on-site role, you will analyze data, create reports, and deliver insights that support business decisions and growth. You will report to the Analytics Manager and collaborate with data analysts, business intelligence experts, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Create data visualizations and stakeholder reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Develop and maintain SQL databases to support accurate data storage and retrieval.
- Use Python and R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to data management practices that strengthen data integrity and governance.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and data manipulation.
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience with Python and R.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and database management practices.
- Two or more years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role is preferred.
