Key Responsibilities Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that improve business performance. Create compelling data visualizations and reports using Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Develop and maintain robust SQL databases ensuring accurate data storage and retrieval. Utilize programming languages such as Python and R for statistical analysis and data manipulation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for projects. Monitor performance metrics continuously and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the development and enforcement of data management best practices to ensure data integrity and governance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL for database management and data manipulation. Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Experience with Python and R programming languages. Familiarity with statistical analysis and database management practices. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role preferred. This position reports to the Analytics Manager and involves close collaboration with other data analysts, business intelligence experts, and cross-departmental teams.
