Data Center Technician/Lab Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Center Operations.
• Hands-on experience with cabling, power distribution, rack mounting, and server hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical issue diagnosis skills.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.
• Knowledge of security and networking best practices.
• Experience installing and configuring Windows, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
• Hands-on experience with WDS, SCCM, PXE Server, ISO/VHD, and USB.
• Experience setting up and maintaining VM host clusters supporting approximately 100 VMs.
• Lab/test hardware, rack, and equipment management.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to lift server hardware weighing approximately 25–30 lbs.
• Any visa status accepted
