Job description
About the role
Westplan Investors is a U.S.-based real estate development and investment firm focused on multifamily residential communities.
The Director of Capital Markets is a senior transactional and analytical role with primary focus on debt.
Tasks
- Secure construction financing for new development projects and permanent financing or refinancing for completed projects.
- Maintain and grow existing banking relationships and develop new ones.
- Own the investment underwriting model.
- Provide financial modelling, reporting, and review support to the wider organization, including support to the CFO on equity capital raising in the Netherlands.
- Work closely with the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the CFO, the Regional Development Directors, and the management team.
