Job description
Tasks
- Manual & Automated Testing – UI, Backend/Batch, ETL & Data Conversion
- Test Data Creation and Test Environment Management
- Defect Management, Triage, and Root Cause Analysis
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in QA, Software Testing, and Business Analysis
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test architecture fundamentals
- Expertise in Black-box and Grey-box testing techniques
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and research
- Experience with Test Automation and Performance Testing Tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for test case and test data generation
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Nice-to-Have Skills: AccelQ Test Automation, Security Testing Experience, Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis, Experience with Facets, Healthcare, Managed Vision Care, or Retail Industry Experience, Experience supporting Client and Broker Portals
- OPT EAD, CPT, H1B, H$ EAD
