Job description

Tasks

Manage cross-functional frontend teams across iOS, Android, React Native & Next.js.
Drive brownfield migration from native mobile apps to a unified React Native architecture.
Oversee Next.js frontend strategy, performance, SSR/SSG, and shared UI component ecosystems.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, code standards, and track core performance metrics.

Requirements

8+ years in mobile/frontend dev with 2+ years in engineering leadership.
3+ years hands-on React Native experience + native exposure (iOS/Swift & Android/Kotlin).
Strong production experience with Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
Expertise in native bridging, TurboModules/JSI, and state management (Redux/React Query).
