Equipment Operator

Looking for somebody who can run an excavator, dozer and skid steer, work hard, and use common sense. Experience preferred but not mandatory if willing to learn. Responsibilities include operating equipment, helping with maintenance and repairs, greasing machines, checking fluids, moving equipment, and assisting with dirtwork tasks like pads, driveways, clearing, excavation, drainage, grading, and general site work. Pay depends on experience and ability. The team is small, informal, and values dependability, hard work, and willingness to learn.
