The Outer Banks Home Builders Association is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as our next Executive Officer and help shape the future of the home building industry on the Outer Banks.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead daily operations and support membership growth
- Coordinate signature events like Parade of Homes and Trade Expo
- Manage communications and strengthen community partnerships
- Oversee financial management and association operations
- Work closely with Board, committee, and industry leaders

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in association management, nonprofit leadership, or business administration
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
- Event planning and sponsorship experience
- Passion for the building industry and our community
