Job description
Tasks
- Real-time production troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system maintenance in manufacturing environments.
- Data analysis, system diagnostics, and integration support.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of technical support background.
- Hands-on expertise in Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC) and related Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Preferred experience working directly within automotive manufacturing facilities or discrete high-volume production plants.
- Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products.
- Working experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Strong analytical mindset with clear communication skills to collaborate with plant operations, IT, and engineering teams.
- Open to Any Visa Type.
