Farm Property Assistant

No horse experience necessary — we'll train you on everything. What matters most is your work ethic, reliability, and love of the outdoors. Physically strong — comfortable lifting 50 lbs. Loves working outdoors in all kinds of weather. Genuinely excited by farm and property work. Comfortable around animals and eager to learn animal care. Learns quickly and picks up new routines with ease. True team player — pitches in, communicates, has your back. Reliable transportation to and from the farm. Available for a consistent 4-day-per-week schedule. 8 am - 5 pm. Willing to commit. Also a plus: Punctual and dependable — shows up ready to work. Fine with repetitive physical tasks (mucking stalls, hauling hay & water, shoveling, raking). Detail-oriented and safety-minded around large animals and equipment. Positive, easygoing attitude and clear communication. Open to learning basic equipment (wheelbarrows, tractors, ATVs). Trustworthy and respectful of private property. Comfortable with early-morning start times. Valid driver's license.
