Salary- $80,000-110,000

Overview Of The Financial Analyst Role

Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and prepare variance analyses. Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership. Collaborate with department leaders to monitor budgets, expenses, and financial results. Support grant and program financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements. Develop financial models and forecasts to support organizational planning and resource allocation. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the organization’s mission and goals.

Preferred Qualifications For The Financial Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or forecasting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
