Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair various types of garage doors and openers, ensuring proper functionality and safety. Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to resolve customer problems promptly. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide top-notch service. Document service calls and report work performed accurately, maintaining records for warranty purposes. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service quality. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance of garage doors; relevant experience of at least 3-5 years preferred. Strong mechanical and technical skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving. Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with clients effectively. Certification in relevant industry standards is a plus. Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in the trade. Time management skills and keen attention to detail.
