Role Summary: TekBricks is seeking a skilled Gen AI Developer based in Waxhaw, North Carolina. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and emerging AI technologies to enhance automation, productivity, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Build and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models tailored to business needs. Develop AI-powered applications, chatbots, and automation tools to streamline workflows. Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with enterprise systems and APIs. Ensure high model quality, maintain security standards, and implement responsible AI practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI use cases effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Python programming and machine learning/deep learning frameworks. Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), generative AI frameworks, and working with LLMs. Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
