Job description
About the role
represent Homeowners Associations, Condominium Associations, and Community Associations throughout Florida.
Requirements
- Active Florida Bar License
- 3-5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong skills in pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and depositions
- Experience managing cases independently
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- HOA, Condominium, or Community Association Law experience (highly preferred)
- Business, Commercial, Civil, or Real Estate Litigation experience (highly preferred)
- Trial experience (highly preferred)
- Experience advising boards, property managers, or corporate clients (highly preferred)

Pay
- $110,000 - $135,000 DOE
