Job description
Tasks
- Lead all areas of Human Resources
- Partner closely with executive leadership on business and people strategy
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, policies, and employee relations
- Drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence
- Manage a team of 2 HR professionals
Requirements
- Full-scope HR leadership experience
- Multi-state HR experience
- Compensation, benefits, payroll administration, compliance, and employee relations expertise
- Benefits negotiation and vendor management experience
- Change management and HR strategy leadership
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and UKG
- Experience leading and developing HR teams
- Candidates must be local to the Atlanta market to be considered
