HR Executive Moratuwa

We, Luminex PLC are a Public Listed Company engaged in Telecommunication, Electrical, Water & Civil Engineering Projects in Sri Lanka, for well over four decades. We are looking for an energetic & competent HR executive for our Head Office at Moratuwa. Qualifications: BSc in HRM or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute Working experience: 2+ years’ hands on experience of all HRM activities in a reputed company (fresher is also encouraged to apply to be considered as trainee) Skills & requirements:  Conversant with all aspects of modern HR practices,  ability to work with minimum supervision,  good command of English (Oral & written),  dynamic & energetic with a positive attitude,  ability to interact with associates across the organization with a strong team orientation  excellent computer literacy (Microsoft, emails, etc...)
