Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with hands-on ServiceNow (SNOW) implementation experience to manage end-to-end IT implementation projects and coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end ServiceNow module implementation and enhancement projects.
🔹 Experience with requirements gathering, project planning, development coordination, integrations, testing, deployment, and go-live.
🔹 Coordinate projects involving:
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR)
ServiceNow AI Control Tower
Vulnerability Management
🔹 Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
🔹 Coordinate ServiceNow developers, platform architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
🔹 Manage SIT, UAT, production deployment, change management, and operational handover.
🔹 Prepare project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Required Experience:
5–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
Hands-on experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules.
Experience in at least ONE of the following areas:
Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery
AI Control Tower / AI Governance
Vulnerability Management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / CSM certification.
ServiceNow certification or implementation training.
Exposure to ERP, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Risk Management.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – ONSITE REQUIREMENT:
Must be available to work onsite in Downtown Houston, TX from Day 1.
