IT Support Engineer

Tasks

• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals.
• Implement cybersecurity provisions and configure antivirus software.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including laptops, monitors, and office equipment.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware and software issues.
• Document IT support issues and resolutions.
• Follow incident management, change management, and IT security policies.

Requirements

• 4 Years
• Only US Citizens (USC) and Green Card (GC) candidates.
• 3–4 years of IT support / desktop support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu configuration.
• Shell scripting and Power Automate.
• Jira and Slack configuration.
• Laptop configuration, antivirus and cybersecurity.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified Professional or relevant IT certifications.
