Job description
BluebixSolutions is hiring a full-time Junior Estimator in New York City, New York. In this on-site role, you will help prepare accurate construction cost estimates, support project bids, and review project requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and review drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed cost calculations and assessments.
- Work with project teams, vendors, and clients to support estimating and bidding.
- Help identify cost-efficient approaches and maintain accuracy throughout the estimating process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction estimating and cost analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when reviewing documents and data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Familiarity with construction industry software and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
