The Junior Estimator will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, supporting the bidding process, and analyzing project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and reviewing relevant project documents, collaborating with project teams and vendors, and ensuring cost efficiency through detailed calculations and assessments. Qualifications Proficiency in construction project estimation and cost analysis Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing documents and data Ability to effectively collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients Familiarity with construction industry software and tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus Key Skills Proficiency in construction project estimation and cost analysis
