Lab Support Consultant

We are seeking a Lab Support Consultant to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Lab Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that laboratory operations meet industry standards and regulations. Your contributions will have a direct impact on maintaining high-quality standards in a scientific and technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance for laboratory operations, helping to ensure compliance with GMP and GXP regulations. Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation. Assist in troubleshooting laboratory equipment and systems to minimize downtime. Conduct training sessions for laboratory staff on compliance practices and the use of laboratory tools. Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to required standards. Monitor laboratory processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and compliance. Compile and analyze data related to laboratory performance metrics and generate reports for stakeholders. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GXP). Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and related software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. At least 3 years of experience in a laboratory or clinical setting preferred. Industry-standard certifications related to laboratory quality assurance are a plus. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including laboratory technicians, quality assurance personnel, and operational managers. You will report directly to the Lab Operations Manager to ensure that all compliance requirements are met and upheld.
