Qaran is seeking a dedicated Labor or Support Worker to join our team in Mogadishu, Somalia. This full-time position requires a proactive individual committed to supporting daily operations and enhancing workplace efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and provide support across multiple departments.
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized facility.
• Manage inventory and supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with team members to promote smooth workflow and communication.
• Drive and operate vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Support management with administrative tasks, including record keeping.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on projects to improve operational effectiveness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in housekeeping or labor support roles is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate management capabilities.
