Key Responsibilities Assist in daily operations and provide support across departments. Perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and order. Manage inventory and supplies to ensure availability. Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth workflow. Drive and operate vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations. Support management with administrative tasks and accurate record-keeping. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on projects to improve efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Valid driving license with a clean record. Experience in housekeeping or labor support preferred. Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate effective management skills. As part of Qaran's diverse team, you will report to the department supervisor and work closely with multiple departments to help achieve our mission and operational goals. Compensation: $400 per hour. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mogadishu, Somalia.
