Job description
Tasks
- Manage and support Azure & AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Handle L3 troubleshooting, complex incidents, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Manage cloud networking, VPN, DNS, load balancing, and security.
- Work with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Docker, and container platforms.
- Manage cloud backup, disaster recovery, and landing zones.
- Support Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and API integrations.
- Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring tools.
- Support GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
- Lead technical discussions and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong L3 Cloud Engineering / SME experience
- Microsoft Azure & AWS
- L3 CloudOps / Managed Services Support
- Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) & Docker
- Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation
- PowerShell & Bash Scripting
- Cloud Networking & Security
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Azure Monitor / Application Insights / AWS CloudWatch
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104); AWS Solutions Architect – Associate
