Job description
Zorvan Rael is hiring a part-time Lead Generation Specialist in India to support digital marketing campaigns and connect brands with their target audiences. In this role, you will research prospects, engage potential clients in Hindi and English, and help generate qualified leads. This position is not remote-eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective leads and gather accurate contact information.
- Use digital marketing channels and tools to attract and engage potential clients.
- Communicate with prospects by email, social media, and other platforms in Hindi and English.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update progress in lead management software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and run lead generation campaigns.
- Track campaign results, report on performance, and recommend adjustments.
- Set lead generation goals and measure results against agreed-upon metrics.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- At least a 10th- or 12th-grade education.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead management tools and platforms.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to engage prospective clients effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
