About the role

The Litigation Senior Paralegal is an integral member of Latham & Watkins’ Legal Professional & Paralegal team, providing expertise and support to attorneys in the Litigation & Trial department. The role involves managing litigation case preparation, including document review, case file organization, and trial preparation. It supports multiple complex litigation matters and coordinates priorities, deadlines, and case activities with attorneys and case teams.

This position is located in either the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. The role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of case teams throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through final resolution.
• Coordinate and assist with discovery, including document collection and review, organizing and maintaining discovery materials, preparing production sets, and tracking productions with supervising attorneys and internal support teams.
• Assist with preparing and filing pleadings, motions, exhibits, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation materials.
• Coordinate deposition, witness, and client interview preparation, including organizing exhibits, case materials, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with specialized internal teams as needed.
