Marketing Specialist

What you’ll be doing
• Build and support the CEO’s personal brand and communication initiatives
• Create marketing materials: brochures, flyers, newsletters, ads, presentations, proposals, and more
• Plan and manage social media content across Facebook, YouTube & TikTok
• Coordinate content production, including video recording and working with editors
• Manage CRM activities and support customer engagement
• Respond to customer inquiries across social media and hotline
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing events
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and agencies
• Maintain Yes Study’s presence across relevant online communities and groups
• Support ongoing marketing projects and initiatives

What we’re looking for
✔️ 1+ year of experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related role
✔️ Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or related fields
✔️ Fluent English + Native Vietnamese
✔️ Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
✔️ Good understanding of social media platforms
✔️ Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
✔️ Team player with strong interpersonal skills
✔️ Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
⭐ Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop experience is an asset

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time (40 hours/week)
Workplace: On-site
