Job description
Requirements
- Manufacturing / Automotive MES experience
- 7–10+ years of Technical Support experience
- Hands-on experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC)
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Experience with Rockwell Automation products is a plus
- SQL/Python knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
