EgniteHR is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract opportunity in Brockton, MA. Provide skilled occupational therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations, physician orders, and facility guidelines. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment and discharge plans, deliver therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Document services accurately and promptly.
- Supervise COTAs according to state regulations and facility guidelines.

- Follow applicable safety, regulatory, and facility standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (MOT or OTD).
- Active occupational therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
Schedule and Contract Details
This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The initial contract is 13 or more weeks, with potential for extension. Pay is $51 per hour.
