Job description

Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Brockton, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract: 13+ weeks with potential for extension
Pay: $50/hr. on W2

Role Overview:
The OT will provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment and discharge plans, delivering individualized therapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
  • Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans
  • Document services accurately and in a timely manner
  • Supervise COTAs in accordance with state and facility guidelines
  • Collaborate with care teams and family members
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program (MOT/OTD)
  • Active OT license (or ability to obtain in MA)
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
