Answering inbound calls from families across three North Florida markets. Listening, asking thoughtful questions, and helping families understand their options. Providing compassionate and professional support during a difficult time. Accurately documenting inquiries and family information. Detailed record keeping and data entry. Following up with families by phone, text, and email. Coordinating with funeral home teams throughout the markets. Supporting a growing Care & Connection Center with plans to continue scaling. Experience in funeral service, hospitality, healthcare, sales, customer service, or a call-center environment can be helpful, but just as important is the ability to genuinely listen, communicate clearly, and care for people.
