Job description
Tasks
- Industrial plant Instrumentation & Control (I&C) design and engineering packages.
- Instrument selection, specification, calibration, verification, and troubleshooting.
- Preparation of Instrument Datasheets, I/O Lists, Instrument Lists, and Wiring Diagrams.
- Electrical troubleshooting, schematics, VFDs, and system commissioning.
Requirements
- Experienced PCIS Engineer (Process Control & Instrumentation Systems) with a strong background in industrial plant instrumentation, control systems, and electrical design.
- Hands-on experience in instrumentation selection, control panel design, PLC/SCADA systems, and commissioning of industrial process plants.
- Experience with Fisher Valves, Micro Motion, Rosemount, Endress+Hauser (E+H) instruments.
- Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and industrial communication systems.
- PLC, SCADA, and industrial control networks.
- LV Electrical Distribution, Power Distribution Panels, and Motor Control Centers (MCCs).
- Machine Safety – Category 3 wiring and UL508A control panel design.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and electrical safety standards.
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
- Candidates with a strong Electrical & Instrumentation background are preferred.
