Job description
About the role
BizLink Technology Inc. designs and manufactures interconnect and high-power products for the world's largest data centers - power whips, power shelves, busbar systems, and high-speed cable assemblies used by hyperscale cloud providers and OEM/ODM customers.
Tasks
- Design and develop high-power distribution products: pre-terminated power whip assemblies and rack power shelves.
- Own products from concept through production - electrical and mechanical design, validation, certification, and launch.
- Work directly with hyperscale customers and our manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience designing power distribution products for data centers or similar high-power applications - power whips/cable assemblies, power shelves, PDUs, busway, or switchgear.
- Working knowledge of high-current design: conductor and busbar sizing, contact resistance, thermal rise, derating, and fault protection at 208V–480V AC and 48V DC.
- Familiarity with data-center power architectures: rack-level distribution, OCP Open Rack (ORv2/ORv3), 48V busbar systems, and hyperscaler specifications.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and engineering documentation/PLM systems.
- Experience taking products through UL/ETL safety certification.
- Must be based in Washington state.
Pay
- $90,000–$150,000 based on experience (negotiable)
