Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise testing or quality engineering leadership experience.
  • Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM or Kronos implementations.
  • Background in workforce management, time & attendance, and payroll-related testing.
  • Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression testing, and test automation.
  • Strong test strategy, governance, defect management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • TestAssure experience is a plus.
