About The Job

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer for our Minster, OH facility. In this role, you will be part of the plant engineering team and be responsible for supporting strategic, operational, and policy-related aspects of the plant, with a focus on safety, quality, performance, management, and organizational objectives. You will be responsible for multiple capital projects within the plant, overseeing technical execution, timeline management, and financial oversight for each project.

Job Responsibilities

Project execution of current (Processing, Packaging, Building and Utility) projectsWork with Engineering Manager to align on project prioritiesWork with CAPEX analyst to manage the capital forecast and budget for each projectCreate, design and evaluate initial call for tender documents with the Engineering ManagerWork with Regional Engineering teams during bidding processes and technical alignmentWork with the CAPEX procurement team to align on priorities and contract negotiationsTravel required occasionally for training or plant projects.

Experience and working knowledge inIntegrated automation and controls technologyHigh speed packaging systems designProcess engineering and PMO, 3A standardsManufacturing plant utility systemsMust be organized and self-disciplined to accommodate the management of concurrent projectsExcellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekend or late shifts, during installation/startup periods
Experience And Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or relevant degree from an accredited College or University 3 years of experience
