Project Manager (Technical)

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Java Microservices and AWS transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive sprint planning, Agile execution, governance, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure architecture, security, performance, and quality standards.
• Track project KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.
• Manage release planning, production readiness, and issue escalations.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• Strong experience managing Java Microservices projects.
• Hands-on project delivery experience with AWS Cloud initiatives.
• Experience leading application development and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and microservices.
• Proven experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience coordinating with Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Green Card (GC) & US Citizens (USC) Only
• Java Microservices & AWS are Mandatory
