Rudra Enterprise LLC (REETECH) is seeking an experienced Python Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 to support the State of texas.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with SAS, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Strong experience in system integration, dashboard development, and workflow automation.
• Experience working with healthcare, public health, or complex administrative datasets.
• Strong SQL and database querying skills.
• Requirements gathering, technical documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience testing and validating automated data integration solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Electronic Case Reporting (eCR/eICR), EHR, or Health Information Exchange (HIE).
• Healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, XML, FHIR, and SNOMED CT.
• Relational databases, public health surveillance systems, and data linkage.
• ETL pipelines and automated data integration processes.
• Candidates must be local to Austin, TX (within a 50-mile radius).
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience required.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite
• Must be available to work onsite 1 day per week.
