QC/Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities Conduct meticulous inspections using precision tools such as micrometers, dial gauges, and vernier calipers to ensure product quality. Perform CNC and VMC inspections to verify adherence to specifications and identify any deviations. Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvements and quality enhancements. Document inspection results and maintain comprehensive records of quality metrics. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures to streamline production processes. Work closely with engineering and production departments to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product reliability and operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology. Proficient in using measurement tools including micrometers, dial gauges, and vernier calipers. Experience with CNC and VMC inspection processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
