Job description
Join a manufacturing team as a full-time QC/Production Engineer in Vasai East, Maharashtra, India. This onsite role supports quality assurance and production excellence, helping deliver products that meet specifications and applicable industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products using precision instruments, including micrometers, dial gauges, and vernier calipers.
- Conduct CNC and VMC inspections to verify specifications and identify deviations.
- Work with production teams to identify process improvements and strengthen quality.
- Document inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records and metrics.
- Help develop and implement quality control procedures that support efficient production.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on product reliability and operational efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology.
- Proficiency with micrometers, dial gauges, and vernier calipers.
- Experience conducting CNC and VMC inspections.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
Work Environment and Reporting
Work collaboratively with the quality, engineering, and production teams. You will report to the QC Manager and receive direct feedback and support for your professional development.
