Oil & Gas (Mandatory)

Tasks

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans focused on Zero Defects and reducing Cost of Quality.
• Conduct internal, external, supplier, and manufacturing process audits.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop Quality Control Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), procedures, and work instructions.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and prepare reports for management reviews.
• Oversee equipment calibration, document control, and inspection activities.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate supplier quality audits and ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company quality policies, HSE standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Mandatory Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, NCR, CAPA, RCA, and quality audits.
• Experience with supplier quality, manufacturing inspections, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of mechanical inspection tools, gauges, and calibration processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
