Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential locks and locking systems efficiently and accurately.
• Respond promptly to client requests including emergency lockouts and broken key extractions.
• Consult with clients to evaluate their home security needs and recommend effective locking solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service with courteous and professional on-site interactions.
• Manage locksmithing tools and maintain inventory to ensure readiness for all assignments.
• Stay updated on the latest locksmithing technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance service quality.
• Effectively manage your schedule to handle multiple appointments and client requests independently.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience and demonstrable skills in residential locksmithing.
• Relevant locksmithing certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with a wide variety of locks and locking mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
