Respond promptly to client requests for locksmith services, including lockouts and broken key extractions. Consult with clients to assess their security needs and recommend appropriate locking solutions. Provide excellent customer service while interacting courteously with clients on-site. Maintain inventory and manage tools required for locksmithing tasks. Keep abreast of the latest locksmithing trends, tools, and technology to improve service quality. Essentially, manage your time effectively to handle multiple appointments efficiently. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Proven experience in locksmithing with demonstrable skills in residential locking systems. Relevant certifications in locksmithing are a plus. Hands-on experience with a variety of locks and locking mechanisms. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Prior experience as an Independent Contractor is preferred.
