Deloitte is seeking a full-time Resume Writer and Career Consultant in London, England. This remote-eligible role supports clients as they navigate career transitions and pursue professional goals through tailored resume writing, career coaching, and job search guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Write personalized resumes and cover letters aligned with clients’ experience, goals, and target roles.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each client’s background, skills, and career objectives.
• Coach clients on interview preparation, personal branding, and effective job search strategies.
• Research industry trends and job market developments to provide informed career advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve services and share effective practices.
• Track client outcomes and maintain records to help measure consulting effectiveness.
• Support workshops on resume writing and personal branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, business, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in resume writing, career consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job search platforms.
• Experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
• Career coaching or resume writing certifications are highly preferred.
