Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized resumes and cover letters tailored to clients’ unique skills and career objectives.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client backgrounds, strengths, and job targets.
• Provide comprehensive career coaching including interview preparation and job search strategies.
• Research current industry trends and job market dynamics to deliver informed, up-to-date guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service offerings and share best practices.
• Track client success stories and maintain databases to evaluate consulting effectiveness.
• Assist in delivering workshops focused on resume writing and personal branding techniques.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in resume writing and career consulting roles.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job search platforms.
• Relevant certifications in career coaching or resume writing are highly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse clients across multiple industries.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar professional capacity.
