Sales Executive Manager – Praia, Cape Verde

Superfine international is hiring a full-time Sales Executive Manager in Praia, Cape Verde. In this on-site role, you will drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and mentor sales team members, encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Research market conditions, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Follow company policies and sales processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Team and Success Measures

You will report to senior management and collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and objectives. Success will be measured by sales target achievement, improved client retention, and effective mentoring of team members.

Compensation and Work Location

Salary: 30000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Praia, Praia, Cape Verde.
