Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers promoting products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets aligned with company goals.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams for service improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to boost skills and performance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with your team and other departments to align strategies and goals. This role is not remote and requires presence in Durg, Chhattisgarh.

Salary: ₹8000 per month.
