SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO Consultant

Tasks

• Lead business requirement discussions and Fit-to-Standard workshops for Finance and Controlling.
• Configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Banking, and Tax.
• Configure relevant Controlling processes, including Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
• Work with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) and Self-Service Configuration UIs (SSCUIs).
• Support Finance integration with Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing.
• Handle finance data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios; support integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support cutover planning, go-live, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• Strong SAP FICO Implementation Experience
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FI and CO.
• At least one completed end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Hands-on Public Cloud configuration across core Finance processes and relevant CO areas.
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard, SAP Activate, CBC, SSCUIs, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Understanding of Public Cloud scope items, standard processes, and extensibility restrictions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.
• Candidates with hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience are preferred over those with only SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or On-Premise experience.
