Tasks

• Lead cybersecurity engineering activities for aerospace, avionics, and defense programs.
• Perform threat modeling, cybersecurity risk assessments, and security architecture reviews.
• Implement and support secure software development, cryptography, code signing, secure boot, and secure firmware update mechanisms.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, cybersecurity testing, penetration testing, and security validation.
• Define security controls for embedded systems, aircraft controllers, avionics, and aircraft platforms.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and federal cybersecurity standards and requirements.
• Review customer requirements, RFIs/RFQs, and contribute to technical proposals.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, federal contractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Support laboratory testing and on-site cybersecurity assessments at customer and aircraft locations.
