Dantha Katha CineVenture is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Animator specializing in Character Design and Rigging to join our innovative animation team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work on cutting-edge animation projects within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality character animations that vividly bring stories to life. Create and optimize character rigs to ensure smooth and efficient animation workflows. Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm, refine, and iterate on character designs and animation sequences. Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior animators, sharing best practices and techniques. Participate actively in project reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve animation processes. Stay current with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the team’s output. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Animation or a related field. Proficiency in Blender with strong expertise in character design and rigging. Excellent collaboration, communication, and creative leadership skills. Strong time management skills to handle multiple overlapping projects and deadlines. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in animation, focusing on character design and rigging.
