Senior Animator (Character Design & Rigging)

Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality character animations that bring stories to life. Create character rigs and ensure they are optimized for seamless animation workflows. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and iterate on character designs and animation sequences. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality. Assist in providing creative direction to junior animators and share best practices. Participate in project reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the animation process. Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends and techniques to continuously elevate our team's work. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Animation or related field. Proficiency in Blender and a strong understanding of character design and rigging. Exceptional skills in team collaboration, communication, and creative direction. Strong time management abilities to handle overlapping projects and deadlines. Experience of 5+ years in animation, specifically in character design and rigging.
