Key Responsibilities Conduct data analysis to derive meaningful insights and trends that support decision-making. Create and maintain data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders. Manage and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate with team members to identify data-related needs and requirements for various projects. Assist in the development and implementation of data collection procedures to enhance data quality. Regularly review and clean data sets to maintain integrity and relevance. Support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven recommendations to improve processes. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma with relevant experience in data analysis, visualization, and database management. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software. Experience with data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 1-3 years of experience in data management or a related field is preferred.
