Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Genesys Engage and CCaaS platforms to lead an end-to-end migration from the existing Genesys Engage environment to a new platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage end-to-end migration plans, timelines, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Lead discussions on target architecture, scalability, reliability, and compliance.
Document integration points and ensure compatibility with existing systems and third-party applications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for data migration, configuration replication, and system setup.
Lead testing and validation to ensure successful migration.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and changes.
Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of overall professional experience.
6–8+ years in Project / Program / Product Management.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Engage or equivalent platforms.
Strong understanding of Genesys Engage architecture, components, and functionalities.
Experience with CCaaS architecture, APIs, and integrations.
Knowledge of database management and data migration.
Understanding of VoIP, SIP, networking, and telecommunications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience migrating from Genesys Engage to alternative platforms.
Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) – Engage and/or Cloud.
