About the role
Sundt Construction is a 100% employee-owned contractor focused on building long-term prosperity for clients, communities, and employee-owners. The Senior Project Scheduler provides technical assistance in creating and updating CPM schedules throughout each project, from conceptual to close-out. The role serves as Sundt Construction's in-house scheduling expert and may supervise Project Scheduler assistants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate CPM schedule creation and updates directly with the project superintendent.
- Produce and deliver reports from the CPM schedule to the project team.
- Assist in developing claims by analyzing project CPM schedule performance.
- Help incorporate the effects of design conflicts and clarifications into the CPM schedule.
- Assist the project superintendent in managing the CPM schedule and coordinating the means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources needed to execute the work successfully.
- Conduct project CPM schedule review meetings.

- 5+ years of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
