Riverway Business Services TemporaryDirect Hire Staffing Houston TX is hiring a Specialist, Foreign & Domestic Immigration in Houston Energy Corridor. The role supports U.S. and international immigration processes with immigration leads and contractors. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process passport, travel visa, employment visa, and other immigration documents.
• Ensure immigration applications and documentation are accurate and completed on time.
• Assist with domestic and international immigration procedures.
• Maintain immigration records and documentation.
• Support related accounting, administration, and communication with employees, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of foreign and domestic immigration experience required; 7 or more years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and international visa and immigration requirements.
• Some college required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive work, documentation, and the knowledge base.
