Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and document therapy sessions following company protocols.
• Prepare educational materials and resources to facilitate productive therapy sessions.
• Provide encouragement and motivation to patients, fostering a positive and supportive therapy environment.
• Collaborate closely with speech therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Speech Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated technical skills relevant to speech therapy assistant duties.
• Experience in healthcare or educational settings preferred.
• Familiarity with speech therapy assessments and intervention strategies is advantageous.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency with software and tools used for therapy documentation.
• Previous experience as a speech therapy assistant is a plus; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
