Job Description:
- 7+ years of data analysis experience in the *healthcare payer domain*.- Strong experience with *provider data migration* between enterprise healthcare systems.- Advanced hands-on expertise in *SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle*.- 5+ years of experience with *Teradata*.- 5+ years of hands-on *ETL and data engineering* experience.- 7+ years of experience in *functional analysis, gap analysis, and business requirements gathering*.- Experience developing complex queries, data mappings, and analytical solutions.- Strong understanding of *data quality, data validation, and data remediation*.- Experience preparing technical specifications, analytical use cases, test cases, and test plans.- Proficiency in *SAS, SQL, and Excel Pivot Tables* for reporting and analysis.- Experience with *master data management (MDM)* and reference data preferred.- Ability to troubleshoot production data issues and perform root cause analysis.- Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
*Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
